New App Features and Connecting Your Online Store Account
While the previous app was separated by region (such as the Japan, USA, and Hong Kong versions), the new "Sonny Angel APP" consolidates them into a single unified app for you to use.
In the new app, you can transfer your current points by creating a new account using the same email address registered with your current online store and linking it to your store account.
To link your account, select your preferred online store from the options on the store selection screen during new account registration.
Only one online store can be linked per account.
If You Earned Points Across Multiple Stores in the Old App
Please note that customers who previously earned points separately across different regional apps will only be able to link and use one online store in the new app.
Example: When using multiple stores and linking your account to the Hong Kong Store
About Transferring Previously Earned Points
In the new app, only points earned from the linked online store will be transferred.
Points earned from unlinked online stores cannot be transferred to the new app and will expire.
Example: If you earned points on both the Japan Store and Other Store in the old app, and linked to the Japan Store in the new app
Japan Store: Previously earned points will be transferred
Other Store: Previously earned points will expire
About Birthday Rewards
The birthday rewards will change as follows:
Old App: Distributed a birthday coupon for 1 figure usable during your birthday month
New App: 5 Birthday SA Points presented as a gift on your birthday!
As with the old app, once you accumulate enough points, you can apply for point items. After applying, your point item will be bundled and shipped with your next order.
For Customers with Birthdays in October
The birthday coupon program has ended and has been replaced by a gift of 5 SA Points on the app.
Since the new app will be released on October 21, 2026, customers whose birthdays are from October 1 to October 20, 2026, or customers whose birthdays in October have passed prior to downloading the new app, may not receive their birthday points on their exact birthday.
Therefore, as a special measure for October 2026 only, eligible customers* will receive their birthday points at a later date. Points are scheduled to be granted in early November.
*This special measure applies only to customers who complete new account registration in the new app by October 31, 2026.
Eligible Customers*
① Customers with birthdays from October 1 to October 20, 2026
② Customers whose birthday is in October and whose download date was after their birthday
