Point Item Lineup in the New App
The point items available for redemption in the new app are planned to feature the same lineup as the current app.
We also plan to introduce new point items sequentially in the future. Please stay tuned!
SA Points for Purchases Made Before and After the New App Release
Rest assured that SA points will continue to be awarded as usual for orders placed on the online store prior to the release of the new app.
In addition, you will be able to transfer your current points by creating a new account on the new app using the same email address registered with the Sonny Angel Official Online Store Hong Kong and linking it to your store account.
However, for orders placed after the release of the new app, points will not be awarded if your account registration on the new app is not complete at the time of purchase.
Points cannot be retroactively added for orders placed prior to completing your registration on the new app. Therefore, we kindly ask you to register for the new app as soon as possible once it is released.
Connecting Your Online Store Account to the New App
With this renewal, the "Sonny Angel APP," which was previously separated by region, will be consolidated into a single unified app. Only one region's online store can be linked per account, and only points earned from the connected online store will be transferred to the new app.Points earned from unlinked online stores cannot be transferred to the new app and will expire. If you have been earning SA Points across multiple stores and app accounts, please check your points in any stores you do not plan to link. If you have any unclaimed point items, please apply for them and complete your order by each region's deadline.
Features That Will Not Transfer to the New App
The "Collection" feature in the current app will not be transferred to the new app.Please note that once you register a new account on the new app and complete the online store connection, you will no longer be able to log in to the old app.
The Sonny Angel Store Birthday Benefit is transforming into "SA Points" on our newly updated official SA APP！
"The birthday coupon program has ended and has been replaced by a gift of 5 SA Points on the app.
By registering your birthday in the new Sonny Angel APP, you will receive 5 SA Points on your birthday!
Please download the new app once it launches, and register your account with the same email address you use to make purchases on the Online Store.
We will issue birthday SA Points in early November to customers who have registered their October birthday before the end of the month and have not yet received their birthday points.
Collect SA Points through the app and use them to redeem exclusive point items!
[Important Notes Regarding Birthday Points]
・If you register your birthday information on the exact day of your birthday, the points may be added the following day. If they are not granted after two days, please contact us through the in-app inquiry form.
・Birthday information registered on or after November 1 will not be eligible for this year’s birthday points.
・If your birthday points are not reflected in the Sonny Angel APP by November 20, please reach out through the in-app inquiry form.
・Please note that starting next year, if you do not complete your birthday registration before your birthday, you will not receive birthday points for that year.
・For customers with birthdays on or after November 1, birthday rewards will only be granted to those who have completed both their app account registration and birthday registration by their birthday. Please make sure to register before your birthday!
