In connection with this app renewal, please review the following important information regarding SA point item applications and the transfer of SA points.
【New SA Point Item Applications & Final Order Date for Combined Shipping】
New point item applications on the current Sonny Angel App will close on Sunday, September 27, 2026.
Following your point item application, the final date to place an order to bundle and receive your reserved point item is Monday October 12, 2026.
Customers who have already applied or plan to apply for point items must place an order on the Sonny Angel Official Online Store Hong Kong（https://www.sonnyangelstore.com.hk) by Monday, October 12, 2026, to receive their items.
Deadlines:
Point Item Application Deadline: Sunday, September 27, 2026, at 23:59
Final Order Deadline (After Application): Monday, October 12, 2026, at 23:59
Unfulfilled Point Applications After the Deadline
Please note that if you apply for a point item but do not place an order by Monday, October 12, 2026, your application will be automatically canceled.
You can re-apply for canceled point items through the new app once it is released.
Please be aware that inventory for canceled point items will not be reserved. When applying again in the new app, please select your desired item from the point items displayed on the application screen.
Point Item Lineup in the New App
The point items available for redemption in the new app are planned to feature the same lineup as the current app.
We also plan to introduce new point items sequentially in the future. Please stay tuned!
SA Points for Purchases Made Before and After the New App Release
Rest assured that SA points will continue to be awarded as usual for orders placed on the online store prior to the release of the new app.
In addition, you will be able to transfer your current points by creating a new account on the new app using the same email address registered with the Sonny Angel Official Online Store Hong Kong and linking it to your store account.
However, for orders placed after the release of the new app, points will not be awarded if your account registration on the new app is not complete at the time of purchase.
Points cannot be retroactively added for orders placed prior to completing your registration on the new app. Therefore, we kindly ask you to register for the new app as soon as possible once it is released.
We will continue our efforts to enhance our services to make the Sonny Angel App even more enjoyable.
